I love food!!!

If you are like me , the food network has expanded your horizons when it comes to different flavors, cooking techniques and ingredients.

I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen.   I think for each of us our creativity expands as we add new techniques and ingredients to our ‘cooking toolbox’ so to speak.   I will often see a new dish on TV or think of some flavor clone richard mille rm 019 as I’m driving and wonder what would happen if I applied a twist or technique from a previous experiment.

This web site is just a place for me to document home page some of the things I like and have tried that are successful.
